Inspired by a little cat who helped owner/baker Emma Freeberg rediscover life’s sweetest things, Porchcat is a delectable way to bring people together in celebration. Just as Ian (the original porchcat) moved from neighbor to neighbor, porch to porch, delivering love, kindness, and a little joy to each day, cake is our way of lighting up the Knoxville community.
